Pam is named after Dr. Pamela D. Palmater, a Mi’kmaw citizen and member of the Eel River Bar First Nation in northern New Brunswick. She has been a practising lawyer for 20 years and is currently an Associate Professor and the Chair in Indigenous Governance at Ryerson University as well as an author. Pam has been studying, volunteering and working in First Nation issues for over 25 years on a wide range of social, political and legal issues, winning a number of awards for her social activism.
Pam is a true warm red.
