Where does Cheekbone Beauty ship?

Cheekbone Beauty currently ships in Canada, the USA, the UK, the Republic of Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, France, Australia, New Zealand, Belgium, Germany and many more countries. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and remote areas up north in Canada.

We offer Standard (3 -10 business days): $8 CAD

PS: Standard shipping is free when you spend $99 or more. Please allow 24hrs for us to receive and process your order. You’ll see the total cost of your order (including taxes, and shipping) during checkout. Your payment method will be charged in Canadian dollars (CAD) according to those charges.

Tell me about shipping to USA.

We offer Standard (5 -15 business days): $8 to $10 USD

(We ship from Canada and US Customs has the right to hold your order for 30 days.)

How long will it take to ship to Canada and US?

Shipping to our Canadian friends in major provinces will take 3-10 business days (it may take a few extra days to deliver to remote areas). In the USA it can take up to 15 days depending on your locations. No matter which shipping method you choose, we’ll send a tracking number so you can watch your package’s journey.

When will my order ship?

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 24hrs (and orders placed after 1pm EST are processed the next business day). Then Canada Post takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email info@cheekbonbeauty.ca or call 1-905-401-8355.  Cheekbone Beauty is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.  But we can help you fix them within 1 hrs of your order.  We ship quickly, so be sure to have all the info correct.

How can I change the country I am shopping in?

To change the currency you’re shopping in (and country you’re shipping to), just click the little circle on the upper right corner of your screen and select the correct country.  ATM we only have USD and CAD options but we do ship to many countries, your payment provider will do the exchange for you.

How can I find out more information about a product?

You can learn all about our products on their individual product pages. If you have any other questions or thoughts, let us know by emailing info@cheekbonebeauty.ca.

Will my product melt/dry/freeze/expire/etc.?

If the product is subjected to excessive heat or cold for short periods of time, it will not impact the product’s efficacy.

It is generally recommended that they be used within 2 years of manufacture or 6 months after opening for best product quality.

Are you cruelty free?

We’re committed to being cruelty free: this means we do not test on animals at any stage of product development, and we will only work with vendors who uphold the same standards.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I place a return or exchange?

We're sorry you didn't love your Cheekbone Beauty. Please reach out to info@cheekbonbeauty.ca with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.

What’s your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 7 days of receiving the order. Order # (CB#) must be provided to place a return.

You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Email us at info@cheekbonebeauty.ca and we'll help you place the return. Please note that gift cards are final sale.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at info@cheekbonbeauty.ca and we’ll be sure to get you the Cheekbone Beauty product you ordered!  We make mistakes and are happy to correct them!
